Online bookings and payments are made on the bsport platform, which has its own terms of use. Prices shown on the website or bsport are indicative until confirmed at checkout.
The class service contract is formed when a booking is confirmed and, where applicable, payment is completed on bsport.
Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show rules are those set out on bsport and communicated at purchase (deadlines, penalties, credits, etc.). Please cancel as early as possible to free your spot.
Students agree to arrive on time, follow safety instructions and studio rules. The studio may refuse access in case of significant lateness, inappropriate behaviour or failure to meet hygiene requirements (including non-slip socks on the Reformer).
Pilates and yoga involve physical effort. You confirm you are fit to participate and, where needed, have sought medical advice. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the studio cannot be held liable for injury resulting from inaccurate health declarations or failure to follow instructions.
