All bookings are made online via bsport. Check the schedule, choose your slot (Reformer, Mat, Ashtanga Yoga…) and confirm your place. You can also email lahissou@hotmail.fr if you need help with your first booking.
Do I need prior Pilates or yoga experience?
Non. All-levels classes are offered and Souhila adapts exercises to each participant. Beginners are welcome. Please mention it's your first session when booking.
What is the difference between Reformer, Mat and Ashtanga Yoga?
Reformer uses the spring-loaded apparatus for deep, precise, guided work. Mat is floor Pilates focused on core, posture and mobility. Ashtanga Yoga offers a dynamic sequence in a small group; some classes take place outdoors depending on the season.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Non-slip socks are required for Reformer (available to buy on site if needed). Mats, props and equipment are provided at the studio.

Cancellations and changes are made from your bsport account, according to your plan or membership terms. Please cancel as early as possible to free the spot for another student.
Where is the studio and what are the opening hours?
The studio is at 8 Rue du Luxembourg, 11100 Narbonne. Classes run Tuesday to Saturday. Check the online schedule for up-to-date times. Directions are available via Google Maps from the address link above.
